Yoga, reimagined.

At Sky & Stone | House of Yoga, we wanted to create a space where you can leave the outside world at the door.

Movement, music, sound, light, atmosphere, temperature and pace come together to shape an absorbing experience. These elements - and a few more we're keeping up our sleeve - have been thoughtfully considered to create an experience that feels a little different, and distinctly your own.

Sky & Stone is not a new way to practise yoga. It's a different way to experience it.

Yoga. To yoke. To unite.

PURPOSE · PRESENCE · POSSIBILITY

Three ideas sit quietly at the heart of Sky & Stone:

Purpose. Reconnect with what matters.

Presence. Claim your place here and now.

Possibility. Make room for creativity, curiosity and connection. Remain open to what may unfold.

Technology, in service to us

Technology has its place at Sky & Stone.

Sound, music, light and carefully considered visual elements may become part of the experiences, used where they add something meaningful.

The intention isn't to distract but to shape the atmosphere around you.

To help you switch off. To help you settle in. To immerse you in the world of Sky & Stone.

Sky & Stone is for Every Body

For the experienced and the complete beginner. For those who come to move, those who come to find stillness, and those who simply need somewhere to breathe.

There is no perfect body. No perfect practice. No right way to arrive.

Just come as you are. Our boutique studio is a welcoming space. A place to move, listen and feel - and perhaps leave feeling a little different from when you arrived.

Coming soon to Newcastle.

Sky & Stone. The practice is familiar. The experience is anything but.

Meet the Founder

Sky & Stone was born from a lifelong curiosity about what lies beneath the surface of our everyday experience.

Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of perspectives on health, wellbeing and human experience – from yoga and nutrition to positive psychology, neuroscience and the deeper questions of consciousness and connection.

Sky & Stone weaves these threads together: ancient wisdom, modern research and the evolution of human experience.

It’s an exploration of what happens when we bring together some things I believe can help us feel more connected, more present and more ourselves:

Yoga. Movement. Sound. Light. Space. Intention. And a little imagination.

The result is a multisensory approach to movement – designed to deepen your practice, not replace it.

I’ve created Sky & Stone to share that exploration with you.
