Designed for those who are pregnant, bringing a pre-crawling baby, using a wheelchair or assistance dog, or who simply prefer a quieter, lower-sensory environment.
On arrival, your teacher will check in with the group and tailor the pace and style of the session - whether that means something more energising, strengthening or deeply chilled.
